To Whom It May Concern:
My husband, Jeff and I go married last August at the Belamar Hotel in
Manhattan Beach. Julie Jones was the Event Coordinator at the hotel at
this time and was a major factor in our choosing this site. Upon first
meeting, Julie's positive demeanor and efficiency gave us confidence that
she was more than capable of handling all of the various aspects of such
an important event. She was patient in answering all our questions and really
listened to our concerns, problem solving ways to make our special day exactly
what we wanted within our budget. Even when problems did arise, to no fault
of her own, we found Julie to be sympathetic, and proactive in rectifying
the situations. She maintained good communication with us throughout the
planning stages and provided us with additional resources and helpful
suggestions when needed. The day of the wedding, Julie was present early and
involved in making sure every detail was attended to. Due to her diligence
and creativity, our event ran smoothly, and truly was the happiest day of our
lives. Many of our friends and family have commented that this was the best
wedding they had ever attended. We look forward to working with Julie again
for future events.
